Under-18 routes are dentist-prescribed only. If the player is under 18, your guard is supplied on a dentist-prescribed lab-fabrication basis. We'll guide you through it — there is no under-18 booking on this site.
Do not upload scans or health data here. This form is for contact and order details only. Please do not send dental scans, STL files, prescriptions or any health information through it. We'll arrange a secure route if files are needed.

Under-18 mouthguards are supplied on a lab-fabrication basis only. A registered dentist must examine the player, take or approve the scan or impression, prescribe the appliance, and manage clinical fitting or adjustment. Éanna Callanan is a Registered Clinical Dental Technician, not a dentist. Adult clinical pathways are provided in line with CDT scope.
